EXPERIENCE IN THE CENTURIES-OLD OLIVE GROVE
Our desire to bring people into a meaningful connection with our land and tradition led to the creation of a unique experience in the centuries-old ENŌTIS olive grove.
In a place where the olive tree has been cultivated continuously for centuries, visitors are invited to take part in a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils, discover the local Lianolia variety up close, walk among the trees, learn about the harvesting process, and explore the journey of olive oil production.
The experience concludes by connecting knowledge with taste, offering a complete understanding of our olive-growing heritage—from the grove to the table.
The experience lasts approximately 90' minutes and includes:
Guided tour of the olive grove
A walk among centuries-old olive trees, where visitors become familiar with the grove up close, its relationship with the landscape, and the importance of the olive tree in local history and everyday life.
Olive oil tasting
A guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils, designed to introduce participants to their aromas, flavors, and quality characteristics.
Introduction to olive cultivation and harvesting practices
An in-depth presentation of cultivation techniques, optimal harvest timing, and the methods that influence olive oil quality, with an emphasis on sustainability and tradition.
Museum guided tour
A guided tour of the ENŌTIS Olive Oil Museum, showcasing the history of olive cultivation, traditional tools, and the evolution of olive oil production over time.

- Participation fee: €45 per adult and €35 per child (ages 5–15).
- Group size: 1 to 24 participants.
